What’s In, Individual Or Community Blogs? PART I
Blogs are growing and they are expected to grow even more and at rapid pace in coming years, the big question is who is going to survive and who is going to get crippled in this highly competitive world of gadgets, electronic technology and information technology. Blogging industry has taken everyone by great surprise with the amount of blog being launched each day and the amount of money earned on each blogs. Now, going down a little further in the world of blogging I conceptualized that there are basically 2 types of blog, viz., the individual blogs and the community blogs, there are huge number of blogging networks in and around we come across to, and they are solely dedicated to one particular industry, they cater to specific audience, the age group, the class, the professionalism, etc. they are all a community in which everybody has a say on each of the topics under discussion. While we argue on the fact that community blogs are more powerful than the individual blogs, you may be in for a surprise to know the fact that individual blogs are as much useful, as much dedicated and gives as much information like that of community blogs.
Individual blogs are handled by one particular individual, he may be an expert in the field or may be having vast knowledge or vast experience in that field to speak over a topic to his audience. The general thinking of the people about the blogging industry is that you need to have your blogs posted in a community blog to survive in the industry, often I see people discussing varied topics and problems faced by the young bloggers new to the industry, its one of the hottest topics of discussions today and people debate over it. No matter, whatever they may argue about, according to me, both the types are equally important and both of them have significance in blogging industry. As a person you cannot afford to run the blogs as there are so many responsibilities and commitments you do to the blog owner of the site, its not which types of blog will survive but how its maturity will force the blog owners to select on particular side of blogosphere. Let’s have a detailed discussion relating to the benefits of both the types of blogs those are individual blogs and the community blogs.
As the verdict goes, many people think, blogging is almost dead in the industry but there is a still lot to it then meets the eye. It’s only getting interesting by the day whether its your personal blog or community blog, there are people who are doing micro blogging like having their networks over the facebook or twitter. People who say blogging is dead are the failures whose blogs have died or they don’t have any of their own, every individual has their own opinion and there are de-motivators who stand by your side to discourage you but I will tell you if it wouldn’t have been profitable, there wouldn’t have been so many blogging networks around.
It’s a basic human nature to look first for a negative side of an activity may be a business or a situation rather than the positive aspect of it and that is where business fundamentals are placed at and historical context rapidly revolve around the blogosphere. As someone discovers new industry, people will set up their shops, the concept proof of the new invention made, carve their own niche in the industry and build their reputation in the market area. Some of the today’s most famous and established bloggers are not necessarily the best and successful of all, its just that they got there first. The industry which is set to grow in coming years and blast the entire world is going to be successful any how, the trick lies in starting earlier when its just a new concept. The early starters have taken big risks to get at the position they are today, they were moving at the faster pace then the rest of the crowd and the followers and as the particular industry matures, there is a hope for expansion and the capital amount grows, there is advancement in the technology, new niches are created and more players get introduced to the market and so there is rise in competition, as much as we don’t like competition, competition is the part of business and unless there is competition you wouldn’t take any efforts to excel or move ahead life. Now-a-days, blogging is used for varieties of purposes, it’s in vogue and so it’s in demand whether its your passion to become popular or run your business units.
