The Art of Good Leadership

Leadership is defined as the art of motivating and leading your team to achieve the goals you have set, but leadership is enhanced when you possess and trust your beliefs and the true characteristic of a great leader is that has to detach himself ,observe his surroundings and then chose path that will be beneficial to him and his team. A true leader will not shy away from reality, nor will he live a life of false comparison, and in the process he must be ready to lose a lot of people as they may not fit in his value system.

A true leader has a power of vision which broadens his horizons and motivates him to dare in the venture even if there is an element of risk involved.

A strategy of a true leader works as long as he does not waver, and people who doubt his strategy would be his admirers if he is consistent on the directions he was going in and keeps on moving unfalteringly.

A true leader creates a vision without intimidating people with numbers. That vision aligns all to the directions he wants them to follow, and the leader makes sure that his team does not become stereotyped and is able to adjust to the changing dynamics of the business and set new parameters to gain the desired results.
