Performance, The Key To Succeed!




How many employees working in an organization really pay attention to the productivity they give, or how many of them really concentrate on their targets? Are they just flowing with the flow of work or do they really have some zeal to excel in their work and achieve extra ordinary targets? I often see managers and upper human resource hierarchy discussing such points in their monthly meetings, they really need to know as to what will drive their employees to work even harder and concentrate. Nothing is difficult to achieve in life or either in your company, the only power you need to possess is focus, if you focus then shall you concentrate and when you concentrate you get dissolved in that work and automatically you see the results. Not many employees understand their own importance in an organization, for organizations, human resource is the most important and each of their employees means lots to them after all they spend so much money in training them and employee welfare funds.

At the end of every month, its not your personal targets that gets counted, its what you achieved as a group, as a team, as a company, because its going to go to your clients as one report not an individual report. If you are looking to increase the productivity I just have this wise word and an advice, “Performance” for performance is all it takes to turn around the cards, if you play your cards well you get the fruits too!

I get literally annoyed by the number of management seminars being held everywhere, so much money spent of seminars and workshops, no one has a little idea as to rather give them some practical bites of knowledge, the theories are going to be read today, some activities here and there and forgotten tomorrow but practical lessons are here for lifetime. If as a manager, I had to be get productivity from my team members, I had rather approach to them, speak of the stuff I want and solve if they have any problems why do managers of the companies set up the whole seminars when nothing is going to be giving results. The success formula for a company is either you do the work your own or get it done, for the company results are going to be same.

If you ever see someone giving you huge lessons on managements, productivity, performance, targets, objectives, teams, there is really something in it, the person can see his company grow if he is successful in putting across the right message but I hate those soothsayers who have nothing to speak but talk about outdate company strategies and policies, no one is going to gain out of it. If you are looking at achieving real productivity, concentrate on now, the present status of a company, it needs, it requirements and targets are fulfilled even without you bothering to look for them. A successful leader, will never let go anything unnoticed, he will get the job done through his consistent pure efforts to get the ball rolling, it’s a mix of mission, the targets, the objectives, the team players, the investors, resources and many other things that make your company full. Successful companies attract successful people and they are dependent on each other, if you really want to stand out from the masses and have your reputation in market than make consistency in your work groups and concentrate on the productivity of your team. You are yourself a sharp tool that can encourage productivity in your company so chuck those management lessons and spread a word called, “Performance”.
