Leaders with Purpose!
Leaders with a purpose are a boon to an organization, where the spirituality of a person and the professional qualification of a person are both mixed in harmony to get the needed output. Productivity of a company goes a long way in determining the prospects of individuals working in. The leader is a person who has the power to influence and organize his and other’s tasks well, leaders are born out of experiences, whatever good or bad experiences he have had in his life determines his vision, its not always the case though, a good leader is the one who understands his commitments, the work he is liable to get done from the employees and also who recognizes the needs of the organization and the people he is working with. While there have been many discourses and lectures I have been attending, the true LEADER is recognized with his personality, he is the one who talks with integrity and brings in all people to work together.
The spiritual being of a person determines the way he will work, he behaves, he communicates or interacts with other parties. Some individuals are just obligated in to doing a particular task. A spiritual Guru is often talked about as in the same manner as a professional leader; they have the same aim i.e., to bring unity and strengths of a company or individuals together. The work culture of a company plays the most important part in deciding the loyalty and commitment in his employees, leaders are committed to get their employees working for organizational goals and causes, its just not the work that matters with the individuals, a person works with a company to achieve his personal goals and leaders help them achieve that vision they have been looking for, a person’s vision could be many a things that includes his emotional being, the professional designation, for improving his lifestyle, to learn, to derive, to teach, etc.
The emotional being of a person determines his ability to take up the work pressure and being committed to the work he is doing. Our spiritual self is situated deep down our mental brains to get committed to the work we are doing, the underlying pressure of doing a task at work determines our direction towards the spiritual path of learning and behaving not just professionally but spiritually. Talking about leaders of today, they are of course with a purpose, a deeper purpose although majority of their time goes in getting things done from their employees, the companies hold workshops which develops an individual professionally as well spiritually.
The company people including the managers, the team leaders, the executives and persons at higher hierarchy are bonded by some goal, a professional goal, they might not directly interact with each other but they are bonded with commitment, to bring in the needed output for the company. A professional goal of a person is delved in his spiritual being, more a person gets responsible about his work, the more he gets in to his professionalism and a higher ladder of spirituality.
