Business ethics is moral guidelines to be followed to run a honest successful business. A certain code of behavior, conduct and norms has to be implemented in order to decide the right and wrong business practices.

6. Always be fair and just to your employees and win their trust to run your business efficiently by paying them a decent salary on time and giving them benefits due to them.
7. The human resources department in the company must always check appraisals, orientations, trainings, staff grievances and any other such issues.
8. Never make excuses for delayed and low quality of products and services you deal in.
9. Always be fair in your prices and do not try to make huge profits by overcharging your clients or customers.
10. Your correspondence with all should never be personal but clear, concise and short.
11. Your accounting/ auditing should be governed by the rules and regulations of the state or country. Always file your returns on time.
12. Make all payments on time without entering into any litigation at any cost.
