The Base Of Organization!



As much brief these 2 words might seem, they contain a hell lot of deeper concepts that goes in to building a true Organizational Theory. We know theory consists of a detailed explanation of whatever we want to know and it also resolves our long pending decisions we always wanted to take but couldn’t do it some how. Organizational theory seems to be one of the hottest topics people are discussing these days, after much detailing over internet and other places I have known one simple definition to it, you can call it with different names may be organizational behavior, organizational studies or theory, the terms means the careful application of knowledge that you apply to your organization or a business. Every generation has got something new or the other, let it be in any fields, in manufacturing new products, new ideas, new methods, it has benefited human kind since the new products gave a better feel.

Today organizational theory is very important, in fact it has become a very important part of any big company but I feel in olden days too, this was moving on, might not be with the same name but the methods were levied in business even in olden days. You might well argue there was no business in olden days, but you fail to understand, that business very much existed, if not in this manner, there was barter exchange in which people traded for items they wanted. And even then, somewhere or the other some rules, some applications, some theory got implemented to run the units successfully. We know that corporate industry is dynamic and it brings with it lots of changes we hardly imagined we would be following.

An organization can only be successful when it has successful organizational theory which consists of whole database along with great organizational charts which explains the hierarchy well and what managerial people should follow whom in day to day functioning, it contains a proper work design and the people ought to follow it with diligence to achieve results without any bias or personal gains. Having an organizational chart for the company helps people get motivated and each idea is structured in detail so that there is no confusion or second thought on any thing which will make the idea go hay wire. The organizational chart helps refine the operational aspect of any business unit that will increase its productivity if properly implemented and executed. When an organizational theory is set out, there may be one or many reasons behind implementing it, there may be thousands of reasons for a new product launch, or recruitment of more people, the main key players in the game should understand one important thing to bring a change in the current system and the change might be needed in varied fields and units and organizational chart just makes it more understandable.

An organization is not built on its own, its consists of varied ingredients with a proper mix of intelligence plus the values instilled in the top management hierarchy of the company and the resource on which the company is working on. In order to run an organization successfully there should be proper values instilled in its working forces which will underpin the vision aspect of a company and once the employees get the vision, there would be a mission to achieve and a mission calls for a quick business strategy plan which when applied turns in to goals and then those are framed as company objectives. The detailed study of all the above stuff will give you a proper analysis of the infrastructure, the resource, and processes that you will require for a successful execution of the business plan.

There is a great revolution in the way the organizations worked in the previous century and the present scenario at which the economies are growing demands a more sophisticated and valid business plans that will help you stay in touch with the competition outside, globally.
