Organizational theory For The Success of A Business
Businesses and organizations are in a transition mode and have adopted a new theory to run the business by engage the employee and increase the performance of the company.
It has been seen and researched that employee engagement is very critical to the growth of the business in any organization as the employee creates, shares, implements, executes the ideas in to a reality. If the employees are given a stake in the organization, they will put their hearts and mind and will ensure that they deliver the targets on time and in the process make gains for their company and in fact benefit themselves. The stocks options if offered to the employees, changes the equation between the owner and the employee as the employee becomes a part owner as well by default. In this changing equation the employee will spare no efforts to make the organization more profitable and reach the targets.
The other alternative to engage employee directly with the organization is by employee co operative, which strengthens the employee’s belief that the organization is for them and they should enhance their engagement with the company to gain benefits for their co-operative, which will pass on the benefits ultimately to the members of the co operative.
The ownership structure of the organization is changing today radically and rapidly making an employee an important part of the growth of the organization by engaging him directly in the day to day activities of the organization.
