Organizations are using innovative methods to make the optimum use of the human resources and be winners in terms of productivity and development.

Organizational Behavior today is based on many factors and uses strong terms like –

  • Assertion: assert yourself positively and decisively as it may happen in certain situations that you are confident of your decisions, but others may try to plant seeds of doubt and you may lose your confidence , hence when you know you are right, make your position clear in a matter of fact manner.
  • Bold: Be courageous when you undertake any venture and move forward even if you are confronted with hurdles and obstacles ,have the tenacity to move forward an motivate your team by leading from the front.
  • Constructive: Be constructive in your attitude, and you can be an invaluable part of any team or organization. Develop the habit of being helpful even if you wish to criticize. Always use constructive criticism.
  • Dominate: Always have commanding influences over the proceedings but the power of domination must be confined to power of knowledge and not just a brutal force.
  • Enthusiasm: B full of enthusiasm in any task you undertake and it is bound to rub off on your team and create positivity in the environment
  • Go getter: Be a go getter and have the guts and the courage to accept success and failure with same gusto and energy.

With these attributes in place, you will surely be able to scale the hierarchy of any corporate sector. This holistic approach will also show you results in your personal life as well. Hence it is advised that you inculcate them in your life and reap the fruits.
