Poking your nose into other’s Business!

Poking your nose into other’s Business!
I just love this idea of sharing business processes with my colleagues and love asking them about their businesses too but most of the time, I have seen people giving me bad remarks behind my back stating an excuse that I was getting too personal in knowing their business methods. Its not out of compulsion that I was asking them their business, nor did I wanted to know their business secrets or how much are they earning per annum its just an enthusiasm I have since as a child knowing about Businesses. Business was a passion for me always and I always get ready to learn something new of somebody else’s business. It becomes  [...]

Motivational Force

Motivational Force
What drives an organization? Is it the people, the work, the clients or productivity, some may say its people who drive it, they are partially right to the extent that those people are highly motivated. Unless, there is motivational force guiding them to achieve the results there cannot be success or achievement in an organization. There are so many discourses happening here and there which helps employees to stay focus and be in tune with organizational needs, but only some of them really succeed, because there seminars and workshops can only guide or motivate you to do something on in your life, but its only up to you to  [...]
