Leading A Life As A Leader
With leadership comes hordes of problems, responsibilities, priorities, setbacks, disappointments, frustrations and to cope with these turbulent situations, a true leader has to follow certain techniques like:
Don’t cross a bridge till you come to it, as your fears may be groundless as the things have not happened yet, and remember “never trouble trouble till trouble troubles you”.
Convince yourself that for every problem there is a solution, it is just a matter of being patient and finding the right answer to your situational problem by analyzing and planning.
Don’t leap in the dark, act with rational and logical [...]

The Making of A True Leader
True leaders believe in the adage –life is not anything, it is the only opportunity to do something.
The quitters are never leaders but true leaders develop a tenacity of purpose and have a clear picture of what exactly they want to do or accomplish with the focus being on the targets and goals set by them, and have faith and believe that they can achieve their goals even if they encounter hurdles and hardships.
True leaders refrain from chanting tales of failures and try to gain sympathy from others, instead they have a clearly defined objective, a bull’s eye to shoot at, and take a stance to make a bee line to attain [...]

True Incentive For A Real Leader
Leadership often encounters failure, which is purely a mental state of mind and is the mother of fear.
Failure is simply an opinion how a certain act should be completed and failure in any endeavor is more often caused due to mental attitudes rather than mental capacities. Effective leadership skills demand that there should be no condition or circumstance which is to be considered as a calamity to be dreaded.
It is imperative that true leadership demands turning failure in to success by cultivating a habit of being persistent and armed with a specific plan which is expressed in the form of constant and regular action, a [...]

Leadership is a tough task in the corporate world, and if you are not in a position lead your team, and cannot take charge, will eventually be like a piece of wood which has no mind of its own and is directionless and keeps on floating in the river.
Leadership in simple terms is to plan, think, and implement your ideas in to actions on day to day basis, and making changes as the situation demands without losing control. A True Leader Leads The Way To The Top
A company is known by the leaders who run the company. In other words a leader is the face of the company, and the way the company functions reflects the character of the leader.
One of the most essential requirements a good leader must possess is the ability to observe things, people, and initiate action based on these observations.
A responsible leader should never have an inflated ego, and even if does have an ego, he must deflate it if it is in the best interests of the company.
It is a prerequisite of a good leader to be approachable. He should have a willingness to hear what others have to say. A good leader essentially [...]

Principles of Visionary Leadership
One of the most essential qualities that a CEO must possess is the ability of observing things. Making a big team cannot guarantee better business execution
There is no doubt that collaboration can improve the level of productivity at large by making a better business execution. But the experience with James Treybig (President, Tandem Computers) is a bit too different and is also counterfactual statement of my previous line. In a meeting with his engineer’ team James presented his opinion on business collaboration. He stated that when his team of engineers comprised only 20 members, it performed miraculously. However, as he brought in more engineers and the total number of members roused to 300 there didn’t seem much work being done. As a whole the productivity of the team [...]
