The important prerequisites of starting a business
The market for job often put us in deep thought as is hardly ever out f a situation of crunch. The dwindling jobs intimidate the fresher as they find fewer opportunities to grab. While the financial crunch haunts the current employees with the fear of lay-off. I have seen many of my friends deciding to give up their job and initiate a business. But is that a jolly good reason to turn your salary slips into wage bills that your business will produce? The certainty of a job may be less in private concerns but can business offer a certain and reasonable earning every month? Think twice before you take a leap.

Plastic shopping bags are bad, m’kay…
Plastic shopping bags are bad for the environment, and this can easily be surmised by anyone at all since they're made of petroleum products and choke landfills and animals. Go to a garbage dump, if you will, and the first thing you will likely see are plastic shopping bags rolling across the "landscape" like tumbleweed. And those that weren’t just tumbling along just ended up sticking to the fences in clusters, like a bird that splatters against a windscreen in those cartoons. And yet as consumers we continue to turn to them out of force of nature or just because we couldn’t be bothered.
Europe was always a trend-setter [...]

Social media platforms can improve businesses tremendously
As the landscape of the digital world changes so often, social media platforms should be giving businesses enough cannon fodder to keep thinking about how to improve their business. Let’s not consider for a moment the fact that I just heard Facebook and Google are trying to buy Twitter for an estimated $8 – $10 billion, creating a digital behemoth no one could have foreseen. The rise of such social media platforms though has caused senior business executives to assess how they stay in touch with their customers and employees. It has caused them to have a fundamental rethink of the way in which they use the media for their [...]

Starting a small business isn’t child’s play
Just what attributes does someone need to have when starting a small business? For one, it is definitely a good thing to have a formal education backing them up. Mind you, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates have made plenty of fame and money for themselves without a proper education, so I could be wrong on this one. Having money too helps a great deal, and even on this example I could be proven wrong. Steve Jobs and Sam Walton started out with nothing in their pockets and look at their legacy now. To sum it up then, there is no definitive answer to this question. But there are preferable qualities that individuals should hopefully have.
An [...]

Starting a business is no different from a baptism by fire
Money is often the biggest differentiator between a businesses success and its failure. If you have a full time job and plenty of money in the bank, you can save up money for a while before starting a business. But what if you find yourself in trouble before long and notice that your capital was insufficient? It doesn’t matter whether a business requires only a little capital initially or not, starting a business can be an absolute pain, make no mistake about it. Without the benefit of a steady income, your financial situation might start to worsen by the day as your daily expenses need to be met on a continuous basis.
Perhaps [...]
