A proper ergonomics program can help you in variety of way by maintaining a proper posture at work, making minimum use of your muscles while at work, remembering the tasks to do all at once so you don’t need to do the same processes again and again. You, yourself can accomplish all of these by building proper work space for yourself, designing the tasks with easy ways, proper lighting in the room you work in, controlling the number of times you have to repeat the work etc. make things more efficient your own way and build up a lovely working environment.
