			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is no doubt that collaboration can improve the level of productivity at large by making a better <strong>business execution</strong>. But the experience with James Treybig (President, Tandem Computers) is a bit too different and is also counterfactual statement of my previous line. In a meeting with his engineer’ team James presented his opinion on business collaboration.  He stated that when his team of engineers comprised only 20 members, it performed miraculously. However, as he brought in more engineers and the total number of members roused to 300 there didn’t seem much work being done. As a whole the productivity of the team did not show a radical improvement as it was supposed to. This was the source of frustration for James and probably a reason of frustration for many people.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-2162" style="padding: 3px;" title="Business execution" src="http://www.businessmantra.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Business-execution-300x201.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="201" />Today, the fact about business execution earned from more executives is not unknown to business executives. Companies running with meager employees are plenty in numbers in modern days and the employees working within doesn’t accomplish the desired work. Needless to say, that business executives have realized, business collaboration and execution are not offering them the right push required. There is much room for grievances, angst, frustration and unhappiness. Company owners and managers wish to have better business execution than before and wish that the collaboration among the employees and within a team should improve with time. The gist regarding <strong>business execution</strong> is to achieve higher productivity with less number of people.</p>
<p>On this context of business execution, I will draw the attention to two different areas that are common in every business concern. First are meetings. Meetings in today’s business world are more of a practice rather than a scope to improve business execution. Most of the managers who are found to be engaged in more than a couple of meetings a day find there schedule to be badge of honor. And in many cases it has been observed meetings actually inhibit the process of business execution rather than improving it. People need to find an alternative way of organizing meeting that will require less time and less possibility of organizing subsequent meeting on the same issue. The type holding meetings need improvement.</p>
<p>The second is the decision making part where in most occasions the people at the helm of all affairs take the decision. The employees and team members should be vested with some rights that will allow then to take decisions instantly. This will speed up the process of <strong>business execution</strong> as an employee doesn’t have to wait until the decision is executed from the top.</p>

The practice of making news with bubble has, of late, become quite popular among mainstream median and also business media. Fear looms large when such news is broadcasted and the entrepreneurs and venture capitalists seem to get the biggest fear. If bubble is a harbinger of economic downturn then the business owners have plenty of reasons to fear as their<strong> business management</strong> tactics might fail in such an economic scenario.</p>

I believe in matching the business functions against the backdrop of the financial condition of a country, be it boom or recession. Over 150 educators and school officials from all over the state attended the opening ceremony of New Jersey Educational Leadership Summit. The summit strived to find out some of the features that can make an educational leader effective. The summit also discussed about the different evaluation procedures to judge the ability of teachers. Rider University was given the responsibility to host this summit since they have taken efforts to enhance education leadership skills. Very recently Rider University of New Jersey has launched a performance-based screening system for the students who getting trained for teaching degrees and school administration.</p>
<p>The discourses in such summits will offer new methods to improve <strong>educational leadership</strong>. I am sure that this type of summits will help shape the current educational system to as per the changing social environment.</p>

From a young age, moral and ethical values are imprinted on a growing individual and this is expressed by way of his goals, actions and perceptions. In the end, all of these qualities go toward shaping a leader and the best kind of leader is the one that not only has integrity but also makes others act in such a manner as well. Higher levels of integrity have been linked to improved on the job performance and empathy as well, and these are good things too.</p>

What makes this so difficult is that ethics as a subject is very hard to pin down. It is a colossal grey area that not everyone can talk about with some level of consensus. The basic levels of good and bad we all know about. It’s bad to be disrespectful to people, it’s bad to steal (embezzle in corporate terms) or lie and so on. But there is such a wide degree of relativism that comes into it that muddies the waters. For instance, let me ask you this. Would you consider a child who joins a band of rebels and fights with these mercenaries to blow up a base of the military establishment that took away or killed his parents a terrorist? You would, right? But that’s what Luke Skywalker did, and he is painted as a good guy. See how things can be made to look so relative?</p>
<p>This is why some Iraqis hate America. Character education and the passing on of values is something that can take on so many hues depending on the recipient’s personality and mindset. There are those soldiers that would give their lives to serve and protect and there are those soldiers that have committed heinous crimes in the name of patriotism. And yet they both believe in the greater good of America. This is why <strong>educational leadership</strong> is important; to know that the teachings passed on create a well-adjusted and morally upright generation that leads the way for generations to come.</p>

This problem especially arises in an organizations that are purely mismanaged, where people begin to doubt themselves, they feel insecure and inadequate.</p>
<p>It just takes a while to change the whole scenario only if we could get to the core where the problem actually lies, people commit to themselves to attain a particular target and when it all fails – uncertainty creeps in boosting lower self-confidence. The low self-confidence gives inferiority complex that in turn leads to degradation in the work quality, disability to take the right and logical decisions and low motivation. Here are some of the things or methods that you can apply in your organization to re-build the morale of your employees or even top management people:</p>

<p>Rebuilding the morale of the company would surely take some time to show the actual improvements but it will surely be a successful step in bringing back their confidence levels.</p>

Its not the emotional strength we are talking about, what is more important here is the mental and emotional being of a person. Each one of us face failures at some point of time in a life, a leader will always be strong in such situations. Whatever situations a leader might face, they should always be strong, no matter what may come next.</p>

Its no problem looking back and keep nagging over such situations. The key lastly lies in being calm and thinking of the alternative plans. If you still do not believe in what I am saying, ask the leaders who got their pink slips this week. A leadership plan consists greatly of adjustments. When you feel something is not going as per your recommendations, then alter your plans and drive your dreams forward in the said direction.</p>
<p>As you move towards your goals and envision success coming to you, you will get success. Thinking positively is always going to yield good results.</p>
